These terms are between Tisawag and the shop owner who uses our service. By creating or using a store with us, you agree to them.
1. What the service is
Tisawag builds and runs online stores for Instagram shops in Iraq. Your store lives at a link like tisawag.com/your-shop and includes the order page and the dashboard. Customers buy from you; Tisawag only provides the store.
2. Free trial and subscription
The first 30 days are free with no commitment. After that the store continues with a monthly subscription we agree with you in advance. You can stop at any time: we switch the store off and you pay nothing for the time after.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your products, prices, photos, descriptions, delivery, returns and exchanges, and for following the law. The sale is between you and your customer, and cash on delivery goes straight to you. Tisawag takes no cut of your sales.
4. Your content
The photos, names and texts you add stay yours. You allow us to show them in your store and in the link preview when it is shared.
5. What is not allowed
Selling illegal or fake goods, content that harms others, or misleading customers. We may pause a store that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
6. Availability
We work to keep the store available but cannot promise it will never stop. We are not responsible for losses from interruptions, delivery problems or disputes between you and your customers.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date of the last update is at the top. For any question, write to us on WhatsApp or the email at the bottom of the page.
